Please ensure that your advertising campaign complies with the trademark laws protecting the brands we work with (Alpro, Betula, Birkenstock, Birkis, Birko Orthopädie, Footprints, Papillio, and Tatami). We have put together five guidelines for trademark-oriented advertising for you in order to avoid any inadvertent breaches of trademark law. Any advertising you publish using the information provided here must comply with these guidelines.

After login:
To end your session with Sites, click Logout.
Click to open a pop up with information on Canto and how to get in contact with the company.

To get information about a collection, click on the info icon.
To send a collection again, e.g. to different recipients, click on the info icon and then on the Edit as New Link button. See The Send Collection Link Dialog below.
To delete a collection, click on the trash can icon. Note that this does not only delete the list entry, but the collection itself, i.e. it will no longer be accessible for the recipients.

To cancel the download, click the trash can icon.
Note: Users of the Internet Explorer must start the download manually by clicking the Start Download link that is displayed here after Cumulus has finished the preparation of the file(s). With all other browsers, the download starts automatically.
Click to open the active collection basket.
The collection basket enables you to gather and sort files for further processing. You can have multiple collection baskets, but only one can be active at any given time.

Elements of the Collection Area
The collection area contains elements for navigation and modification of the display of the files.
The collection header indicates the selected category.
If a category below the topmost level is selected, the path to that category is displayed above the header (breadcrumbs navigation). The home icon represents the topmost level.
Click on any item in the category path to change the collection to that category.
Hovering the mouse on any item in the path evokes a context menu with all categories one level below the selected one, allowing for easy changing to one of these categories.

The line below the heading shows the total number of files in the current collection and indicates, if the collection is filtered.
To display the currently applied filters in the Filter Conditions area, click on the filtered link.
  Click icons to switch between Thumbnail View and Report View.
NOTE: Depending on the settings specified by the administrator, hovering the mouse over a thumbnail in each view may evoke a pop-up window with selected information.

Arrows to jump to the first, the previous, the next or the last file in the collection. The numbers in the center show the current page / the total number of pages of the current collection.
To jump directly to a specific page, click on the numbers in the center and enter the desired page number.
Click to add all files displayed on the current page to the Collection Basket.
Click to add all files contained in the current collection to the Collection Basket.
Indicates the number of items displayed per page; drop-down list to change this value. The values you can select from depend on the thumbnail size and size of the browser window.
Click to show a preview of the file.
From the preview, you may start a slide show of the assets in the current collection.
Click to show metadata information on the file.
Click to download the file. You can select between different options for the download.
As a logged-in user, you may decide to have the download prepared in the background and then receive an email with a download link.
Click to add the file to the active collection basket.
Elements of the Search and Filter Area
The search and filter area offers several means to reduce the number of files in your collection: entering a dedicated search term, selecting a category or applying filter conditions. These means can be combined in any order and number, allowing you to narrow down the collection most efficiently.
Note: Which of these elements are visible to you depends on the settings defined by the administrator.

Hovering the mouse over the search field evokes an icon to clear the entry field. The collection will change accordingly.

Click on the triangle to open filter conditions in an additional row.
The number of active filters is displayed. To delete all active filter conditions, if any, click on the trash can icon. The current collection will change accordingly.

To add more filter conditions, click on the plus icon.

With Cumulus, each file is assigned to one or more categories – and vice versa. As the categories are organized in a tree-like structure with different levels, this provides an easy means to quickly find specific files.
Click on a category to open the according level. The collection will change accordingly and only show files assigned to that category. The collection header will change, too.

Click on the home icon to reset the categories view to the topmost level. The collection will change accordingly.

For example, the Rating section in the screenshot is expanded, showing that the current collection contains files rated with 3, 4 or 5 stars, but none rated with 1 or 2 stars.

Click on any value to reduce the current collection to files that fit that criterion.
Click on the home icon to clear the filter criteria and to reset the respective Filters section to show “All”. The collection and the available metadata values are adjusted accordingly.

Elements of the Collection Basket
The collection basket enables you to gather and sort files for further processing. You can have as many collection baskets as you need, but only one active basket at any given time. Files can be added to the active collection basket only.
If logged in, your collection baskets are stored between your Cumulus Sites sessions.
Click to close the collection basket and go back to the main window.
Click to replace the collection in main window with the contents of the collection basket.
Click to send a link to the current collection (i.e., the content of the collection basket) via e-mail. Recipients, who do not even need to be Cumulus users, can open the link and view the collection in any web browser. See The Send Collection Link Dialog below.
NOTE: Collections for which a link has been sent are saved and listed under the My Collections Header on top of the page.
Click to generate a PDF of the items in the collection basket and to download it. You can select between several templates for the PDF.
As a logged-in user, you may decide to have the PDF prepared in background and then receive an email with a download link.

Click to clear all items from the collection basket.
To give your basket another name, enter the new name and click Rename.
To create a new collection basket, enter a name for it and click Create. The new collection basket is automatically the active basket.
You can add as many baskets as you need.
Your collection baskets are listed. The currently active basket is bolded. Click on any basket's name to make it the active basket.
Inactive baskets may be deleted via the trash can icon.
Click to download the file. You can select between different options for the download.

Click to remove the file from the collection basket.
Click to move the file to another collection basket (only available if you have more than one collection basket).

Fields marked with a star must be filled.

From Prefilled with the current users email address. You can overwrite this with a different address.
NOTE: If your Cumulus administrator has defined a From address to be used with all sent mails, the content of the this field is ignored.

To You can enter as many recipients as you like. Their email addresses must be separated by commas.
Embargo date The collection will not be accessible before this date. Default is the current date.
Expiration date The collection will be deleted after this date. Default is two weeks ahead of the current date. You may change this value.
Password If you require a password, you must not forget to communicate it to the recipients. Otherwise they won’t be able to view the collections.
Permissions Displays the permissions that you have as a logged in Sites user. You can grant these permissions to the recipients by activating or deactivating the respective check boxes.
